Digital Photography
First order of buisness: tea for Siggy. *makes tea* Okay, that done...
Who has (or wants) a digital camera? I was so lucky to get one for my birthday, and have taken many pictures. Some of them turned out quite well.
The best thing about a digital camera is you can feel free to experiment, because if a picture turns out badly, you can just delete it! Gone are the days of developping film and finding out all the pictures you took at dawn didn't turn out.
The only drawback to my camera is the flash. It's so bright that it often bleaches all the colours into unnatural shades of white and blue. It works better at a distance, if needed. I usually turn off the flash and use available light, but you really need to practice having a steady hand, or the pictures come out blurry.
So come one guys, discuss! Who loves digital photography?

Re: Digital Photography
I have a digital camera. But alas I like my SLR better. On that you can control the shutter speed . And you can do all of these great effects, among them add filters.
However, I do love digital photography, since you can do so much with Digi. Image Pro 9. I made a picture of me look hundreds of years old .

Re: Digital Photography
I wish I had a program like that! Maybe Photoshop 9? So far I've drawn 2 cartoons, taken a picture of them with my camera (I don't have a scanner, but same result anyway) and the laboriously coloured them in Microsoft Paint. Imagine the horror. Argh.
