Buddhist Monks

I haven’t been able to find any good information on Buddhist Monks, in Japan. And was wondering if any of you knows anything about them or if you would be able to find some information. Anything that you will be able to find will be very appreciated.

Well I read in a book that these ladies (I forget what they were called) sweep the floors all the time so that Monks don't have to worry about steping on bugs. Because Buddhist belive in reincarnation. and because a bug chould be reincarnated into a human The Monks dont want to kill them.

I have lots of books about this stuff So I'm looking for answers to your questions. Ill post em as soon as I find em.
