GOLEN STONE NYMPH
These guys are major trout food, and come in all sizes from #6 all the way down to #14-16. They are found in the fastest reaches of a stream, in what we usually refer to as "pocket water". The fish love them too. These insects are a good indicator of stream health, as they require pure water that is well-oxygenated.
