Spruce Creek, PA
Heaed to Spruce Creek, PA the end of May. It is a private section of the stream with fish upwards of 8lbs. Heavy hatches bring these pigs up and the are fun to fool. This was Jimmy Carter's favorite piece of water when he was doing disservice to our country during the 70's.

Holy Cow! What a trip to Spruce Creek, PA.
We drove 1081 miles for 50 plus fish all over 18 inches. My arm has never as sore from fishing. Two browns were landed by Tom Wolff and his brother over 25 inches. These are not stocked hatchery fish either. Stream bred beast! Jeff, I would love to get you on that creek. You would be amazed at the bugs we saw.

Sounds like a fun trip. I had a buddy who use to fish the public sections of that stream. Really nice browns. Glad you had so much success.
