South Holston R. 7-6-2006
Guided Trip South Holston R, TN , Doug Stone, Greensboro,NC, arrived only to have the TVA turn on the generators with an unannounced release. The river below Hickory Tree was running muddy from Beidlemann Creek, and from there down the river was unfishable. Also, checked out Whitetop, lower Beaverdam, upper Helton (VA) and all were high and roily.
