...just got home, lour - and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!... the show was f*cking AWESOME!!!!!!...

...I was really surprised when they opened with Satisfaction - but that was NOTHING compared to getting Sway, Worried About You and Ain't Too Proud To Beg, all in a row - just one after another... I just couldn't believe that...

...the rest of the show was fairly standard, as far as set lists go - but, having said that, the boys gave Melbourne an enthusiastic, energetic and, quite simply, a bloody GREAT show... Mick was brilliant, Ronnie played some fabulous solos, Keith was blistering and Charlie was spot-on, as always - in fact the whole band were in fine form tonight...

...sure, there were a few stuff-ups - the guitars sounded a little out of tune, at times, during Paint It Black and Start Me Up (not sure if it was Ronnie's or Keith's or BOTH) and I'm almost certain that Keith was playing It's Only Rock'n'Roll riffs (or something else, anyway) during the early part of Brown Sugar... But, hey, I don't think too many people would have noticed or really cared - this was THE ROLLING STONES!!!!!!... and, by the looks on peoples' faces, I don't think anyone left the arena diappointed... I know I certainly wasn't...

...when it was over I was both physically and emotionally drained (still am, I guess), and I've almost lost my voice - but I don't care... because, more importantly, I'm very, very happy and on an incredible natural high after seeing our heroes perform a truly magnificent show... and I just hope that you guys in Spain and other European countries will be feeling as good as I am right now when you get to see them - but I feel sure you will... because The Stones very rarely (if EVER) let us down...
