It probably is, but I think sometimes it's the way we've been brought up. If I was born in the USA I probably would like MXC, but as I'm English I don't. Obviously there will be some from Britain who like MXC, but I guarantee most Brits will prefer Takeshi's Castle. Sometimes American comedies are too 'American' if you know what I mean. This imo is proved by the fact that in America American Footy is the #1 sport, whil here hardly anyone likes it. It's the same there with football or soccer as it's a minority sport there.
Anyway I can't wait, I'm more excited about this than I was about Ninja Warrior, if it is as good my top 3 gameshows ever would be all Japanese, I have to say I think the Japanese do gameshows better than the Brits or the Yanks. Will it be one series, or are there going to be more?
I see the Japanesey name of the show has baffled my telly paper, they have it down as Unbeatable Banzuka.
