They were motivated by the noise the motivator made But that's the reason why I get to like it: most of them wipeout on their own. And the few Wipeous caused by the motivator are still great (e.g. the faces when they were hit)

Momment 25? Yeah.
People in season 2 ep 1 or 2 (Probely 2, they hardly showed any of the contestants who wern't in the top 12 in ep 1) still did that (Perhaps trying to 'Seal hop') and it bugged me.

Yep! It's hardly used really.
Also, someone did stop (the woman who thought about it) for a few seconds before jumping, so it doesn't stop that happening as people thought it would.
