Now, if this was the American version I'd be mildly excited (mainly to see what obstacles they'd have put in and to hear the Johns). But it's not. It's Washout.

It's bound to be terrible anyway, but with "Total" attached it'll be even worse. I can't see how jumping across the Balls with a remote is going to be any fun.

One more thing..... THEY'RE CALLED THE BIG BALLS. NOT BLOODY 'RED' ARRRGH emoticon
They're going to officially release something under a wrong name. Another great c ock-up there, Washout.

Total wipeout on the wii, sweet. Even if I hated total wipeout I would get this game because if they made one in America it would most likely be a USA exclusive.

Finally I can stop playing that awful sweedish (?) game

I'm buying it if there's an obstacle maker.

Looks very...meh.

On the whole, games based on TV shows don't really work. But this is by Mindscape, who did the Fort Boyard Wii game...

There's a Fort Boyard Wii game!? Just released in France I suppose (stupid question).

It's bound to be terrible. There might have been a bit of hope if it was based on the American series, but not on Washout.

There was a French FB PC game as far back as 2006, I think. They added more games and rereleased it in 2008, as well as a Wii version (which was the 08 PC game), and a DS version. Still only France, though.

They always seem to manage to find new ways to screw things up.

from Amazon:
Quote:

# Play through 8 Shows in Single Player Mode or Challenge up to 4 friends in Multiplayer Mode.
# Create your own Show from the different rounds. Unlock obstacles…

So I guess the 8 shows are the 8 shows from season 1, which means that it is the same show with just very few differences.
