News for German fans
Yes Donna, could you be our reporter, please!? 
Apparently, 'Keshi will start on the channel RTL2 soon!! So keep a look out, check TV guides etc?!
Edit: just found out it should start on the 3rd of July at 4pm.
Also there's a new show on RTL on the 29th June (I found reading Bothers Bar - thanks) called "Entern oder Kentern". Apparently it's going to be like Takeshi’s Castle, but themed around a ship. 'Keshi/Viking? Could you have a look out for this too, if you can Donna (or any other people living in Germany), to see if it's anything like 'Keshi?

i'm waiting for this moment for years!!!!
but i read that they took the english version with a new german voice over (i hate the old german one). i hope there will be episode i don't know!^^
i saw a preview of "entern oder kentern" but i already don't know what ii is about...

Looks like it's going to be the English version, which is strange. I guess they'll just take off Craig and have a German voice over.
You'll have to let us know if it is the Challenge edit and if it follows our Episode Guide (when the site's back!) 
I don't really know what "Entern oder Kentern" is about either. Apart from apparently the contestants have to play Takeshi-like games to get onto a big ship (instead of a castle) to get the host's gold back. Or something!

yes!but in the english version are episodes which aren't shown in germany before, so i have something to look forward to!! 
"entern oder kentern" is really like TC, i read something on wikipedia. but there will be german "celebrities" on the show...
i think that show is going to be very bad...

Shame they chose to show the Challenge version though, as you'll only get to see the games, and edited badly at that. Though it's better then nothing!
You should ask them to get the Spanish version 
They're even calling Tani "General Lee".

but i don't like the jokes with takeshi and higashi at all, so it doesn't matter!

Just seen a 10 minutes highlights of yesterday's show.
Basically 3 teams, the reds, blues and yellow, all play the games to get through to the final. In the final they have to paddle their little rowing boats to the big pirate ship, climb up the side onto the deck then shoot the cannon. The team who get to the cannon first win. Think each team is captained by a celebrity.
They have Skipping Stones. That's the same. Slippery Wall is really tall and mixed with Avalanche and Boulder Dash.
Giant Maze: has water holes hidden behind some walls for them to fall into.
Catch It: Dressed as giant coconuts and have to catch fish (instead of balls) in hand held nets.
Wipe Out: They surf on a giant octopuses' tentacle.
Think they were the only Takeshi games for now.
As we knew, the Captain = Takeshi and his crew = the guards. And instead of shootign balls from cannons in games they just throw fish.

Yay for the full episode. Few pictures:
It's actually Go Nuts mixed with Slippery Wall (the Slippery Waterfall) as they were in barrel costumes.
The 'General' woman (forgotten her name) stays "Entern oder Kentern" to start the games and fires a cannon. Plus she has a Tani-esque parasol.
The pirates are scarily weird and the Captain is evil.
