No, I think that was just a mistake. Craig said Indestruct-a-ball, and every other episode that had it had a graphic saying Indestruct-a-ball. I think that was the first episode it appeared in.

Actually, I think it was always (mistakenly) called "Indestructible" apart from the last 1 or 2 times the game was shown.
It was obviously always meant to be a pun but whoever typed t up didn't realise, and they only noticed to change it in one of the series 4 episodes/A-Z.

Oh, I only remember seeing it once, and then it being corrected. Shows how long it's been since I watched. Still, at least I've got an excuse now - checking it.
