Re: Re-watching Series 3
Season 3 was probably the most "boring" one of the four. Well, it wasn't bad, but just not that special as the other three seasons, mainly because we have seen nearly all games before. But it also had some classic scenes. Unless I'm misstaken that zombie guy was from season 3. A very entertaining contestant

Re: Re-watching Series 3
I always thought it was a bit of a rubbish series too, but the first 5 episodes were from the series 1 era (with Animal). I never realised/totally forgot that some of these episodes were in this series, I thought they were all series 1, and a few in series 4. So they were good!
Back to the start again now though (ep 2, 4, 6 etc).
They missed TWO Replay banners during Skipping Stones in Ep 8 (I think that's where they were), so in it was the old Blue-haired man, and the old bald/pink-haired man. Me thinks someone was getting lazy by this point, and missing them. A bit sloppy.

"Of course Doughnut-Mouth Brown is a famous baseball player in Japan". That made me laugh out loud
(Talking about the foam-headed Uphill Garden baseball player whose mouth was like > ).

Re: Re-watching Series 3
I wish I could watch it
Talking about Uphill Garden: It's a pity that they droped games on the Uphill Garden mountain after Nut Roll. I always liked that games and the fact that it was Michiru's own game. He was my favourite character when I started to watch Takeshi

Re: Re-watching Series 3
I've never really thought about that - that there were no games on the hill in later episodes. They took the whole fort at the top of the hill away, didn't they. Wonder why?
Actually, the only thing it was used for after Nut Roll was in the Ultimate Showdown!
More senseless muting in ep 11 I REALLY don't like the person who ruined these episodes. I'd like to get hold of a show they enjoy watching, and then chop bits of sound out before they sit and watch it. See how they like it.

Re: Re-watching Series 3
It was, but that was before Nut Roll.
We've reached the episodes with the worse editing of all. "Happy Clappy ...... Chappies" everywhere, and long mutes in Slipped Disks. Oh, and yet more in Mushroom Trip Surprised the idiot who edited these didn't just mute the whole show.
MORE. All in the same episode. "What a way to spend y................".
Edit 2021: "Nine ni........ nutters".
Seriously, WHO did these?
That has got to be the worst episode. Series 3, Ep 18.

Yep, Nut Roll was played a few episodes after the last episode with Avalanche. Obviously an updated version of Avalanche, which they apparently didn't liked.

Re: Re-watching Series 3
I always find it strange that they made some games but only played them once. That's a lot of effort and money to waste for just one time. They could have at least played them twice, even if they didn't like them!
Karaoke in ep 19 today made me laugh so much, because of Craig. Especially when he played the "trumpet" all the way through one contestant's go. I remember him doing that in a special, but not as much as this time I'm sure! LOL
And, in one ep only one person made it through to Final Fall. How did that happen!? Wasn't anyone else good enough/funny enough to be let through? Why did they even bother with Final Fall? I want to know what would have happened if he chose the wrong hole. No Show Down?
