Re: Re-watching Series 3
Highlight for me of Series 3 is Extinction and Muddy Waters. But Yes, I Agree, very bad censoring.
So whats this about Arson???
The Set for Nut Roll/Go Nuts was burnt down.
So was that where Avalanche was filmed??? There is no Avalanche in series 4 so does this mean after this was burnt down nothing was ever filme don the hill again???
So... They demolished Avalanche set for Nut Roll?!
PS. Where did they film Extinction

Re: Re-watching Series 3
Yep, Nut Roll was the last game ever played on that hill (apart from rolling the ball up it in the Ultimate Showdown). I suppose it must have been the yellow fort at the top of the hill that burnt down, as that disappeared. I always wondered why they got rid of it; turns out it wasn't by choice then!
Looked it up, and found something about a motorcycle gang cutting a hole in the fence one night, then coming back next night to start the fire. Apparently it took hours to put it out. Looking at the episodes just after it, all the greenery is gone on the hill and it's looking pretty brown, so it must have spread a lot.
The Challenge episodes aren't in original order anyway, but Avalanche was finished and they replaced it with Nut Roll.
Extinction was filmed somewhere in the middle of the field. It was in front of Knock Knock.

Re: Re-watching Series 3
I'm not sure if this belongs here (I've lost count on where we go), but this may be S3 episode 3:
There was this guy in old/chinese(?) style robe outfit with white face, who did real well in High Rollers and fooled around in Bridge Ball, but wasn't in Show Down.
What was he about? Some kind of Japanese circus/comedy/theater act?

Re: Re-watching Series 3
He was in one of the Japan Tour Specials, but I still think it was a Final Fall loss for him.

Re: Re-watching Series 3
Yeah, I remember that guy. That zombie guy I mentioned in one thread. He was definitely in a half hour episode, because have seen him on RTL2. He was great.
I guess it was some kind of Japanese ghost or something like that.

Yep, that's what he was. Knew it was something Chinese.
I'm sure he was in episode 3, of series 3.

Re: Re-watching Series 3
I sort of remember him in a special. Lucky that he got on twice (if it's the same person)! Did they have him in ep 101, where they brought back memorable contestants? I'm sure they did. So he got on 3 times!?
