I don't think he was brought back for ep 101. They would have shown him, but I can't remember seeing him again.

First off it was episode was 100 not 101. He may have come back but if he did he wasn't wearing his Zombie Outfit.

Had a look and I couldn't see him in the crowd at the start. I was sure he was on a couple of times, but it must have just been the special ep I was thinking of.
