Paul Potts Requests Revival
:
http://hochi.yomiuri.co.jp/entertainment/news/20090613-OHT1T00036.htm
Basically says that he is a big fan of Takeshi's Castle, and told them how popular it is in the UK. When he was told it wasn't made anymore (it says) he said "Japan doesn't have Takeshi's Castle anymore? Oh that's too bad".
I can't make out if it says he wants to meet Takeshi, or that he has met him.
Anyway, it says that he "requested" Takeshi to revive the show!
If anyone can get it to happen, Paul Potts can. COME ON PAUL, you can do it.
... But seriously. Paul, if you're reading, MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Re: Paul Potts Requests Revival
Paul Potts is still around? Haven't heared anything from him for a while. But he has done the right thing: telling them how successful it is around the world and that people miss that show!

Re: Paul Potts Requests Revival
Can't say I've heard anything about him for ages either. He's popular in Japan though, so that's why he was there promoting his second album, apparently. So maybe they'll listen to him!
If it ever does happen, and TC comes back, them obviously it'll all be down to Paul, so we'll all have to thank him
