That's a TC version of Kongman. There is a Sonic version, I recently sold mine. It was the most popular version.

You have to have one of those kind of cuboid shaped batteries to make them work. And even then it moves very slowly. Oh, the memories of going nuts over how many times I got that bridge part wrong!
