Once you've logged into runboard.com, click 'control panel' at the top of the screen, and then select 'change my miscellaneous settings'. You should then see a screen for changing your avatar, and other things. The second one is for your signature.
The picture you want has to be uploaded to something like photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc, and then just copy and paste the URL link (with [ img ] before the http and [ /img ] at the end of the link - minus the spaces. I only put spaces in because it naffed up my post without 'em). Save settings at the bottom of the screen, and tada! It's done! But it says that it may take a while before it actually *shows*, so if you come back on here, and it's made no damn difference at all, then give it a few hours or so (it might say you have to wait 24 hours after saving, I can't quite remember)
