In BSS you start off as a lowlife human, train to level 20 and then use the world map (can be found in the commands tab) follow the map first to urahara's shop, down the ladder, through the mirror and then find the shinigami place using the map...........
Shikai would be level 65 (i would tell you how to get wat bout it would be unruely i knw u all u would pick byakuka's)
i recommend you get hitsugaya's for the best ranged attacks
Bankai Level 150+mastered shikai: Master your shikai, the best way to do so is by using it on NPCS such as quincy veteran
Some shinigami would like to be a loyal shinigami and become a Squad captain, to be squad captain be the strongest in your squad with bankai and or mastered shikai
Exceed the limits and become vaizard by talking to urahara (only a 33% chance) you get back ur kido if u fail when u relog
