Hehe... right.
That isn't bad at all Dot... but you should see some of the things my friend did for his 'Intro to Corel Painter' class... the dude was the only one to get more than 100% credit on his projects in the history of the class (according the to teacher). When its art, the dude enjoys it a little too much I think... and man, he goes way beyond (which makes it hard on me, since when I hire him for something, I always want to pay him what its worth, not necessarily what we agreed on... and its usually worth more to me than I originally was thinking of paying...)
But mostly, he does people or buildings and scenery... did an incredibly vineyard for a winebottle label... he put the vineyard on the inner side of the back label... and the idea was the company would show a painted image of the vineyard with each season of wine... you could see it through the bottle (which would not just make it collectable, but would make you drink it faster to see it clearly). Genius.
Anyhoo... I want to go to your wedding for a couple reasons... (3 actually)
1. I want an excuse to splurge on film and something to use it for (camera I'm talking about)
2. I'd love to meet you guys... from what interactions we've had via the internet, I think you two would be fun people to know, and I'm a very social person.
3. I want to yack your friggin ears off... of course, this reason is my excuse to see anyone, and luckily I can get this urge out of my system everyday with my friends... but yaking with someone new, and webcomic people at that, is priceless.
