Reflexology
Thinking about trying this myself.... as when I went for a massage a few weeks ago the girl massaged my feet a little and it really helped my sinus' drain away.
I told her this and she said she had done some training on reflexology and thought I should give it a go with a registered person. As it also would help with the stress and shoulder/neck/headaches I get.
Anyone tried this??

I have not actually- it does fascinate me how they figure stuff out like this massage on the feet helps the sinus (as an example). I have a wierd thing about the feet though, the whole reason I have put off Reiki is because everyone mentions the gal does a bit of foot work and that terrifies me, I just don't like folks fiddling with my footsies, call me odd.
You'll have to let us know if you check this out how it works, wil be interested to hear- I love stuff like this.

Yeah a lot of people don't like feet or having their feet messed with. I liked it actually..... wasn't sure if I'd like someone touching my feet but it felt really good. :)
Yes will let you know how it goes if I go have some done.

I think if I could just walk in and not think about the feet business and let it happen I would most likely be ok. Its just getting over that initial hump. More in the mind I guess than anything else...
Keep us posted will be neat to hear how it goes.
