I thought there was a thread in here for this - have some disappeared?

Anyway not good news for the little tot, precious little gir... Madeleine McCann

I still believe if those parents were regular 'joe soaps' rather than doctors/consultants the so called 'back lash' by the media would have been immediate! In all cases the parents are always the first suspects until proven in the clear, not so it seems when you are highly educated and in top jobs....

I can't even begin to understand it. When I think about what that little girl went through it rips my heart apart. And someone on a board got a little chitty with me because I said I blamed the parents 100% and I still do and always will. When I saw the pictures of the smiling with the twins because "they had to put a strong front on" I knew something was wrong.

Her parents are scumbags. They should be interrogated vigourously in separate rooms. I believe they are involved somewhat. This whole thing has stunk to high heaven from day 1 !

You as a police officer conduct a proper Homicide Investigation. Among the suspects will be the parents,you take them in & grill them as you would any suspect. How much of that do the Portugese cops not understand?

Saw tonight on our news that they parent are being questioned again. This story still angers me and shatters my heart in one fell swoop.

Yes they are doing what they should have done 3mths ago or more, separating them and questioning them. If they aren't involved great, if they are lock em up but either way they have to be the first suspects and have to be investigated thoroughly before being ruled out. here's a story on this link Maddie

They kept the Mom for 11 hours yesterday and today they will interrogate her Father. Which with the way they have acted, I have a difficult time calling them her Mom & Dad because I just feel like they are animals.

From what I saw they are especially looking at Mom. The reports say there is forensic evidence of some sort related to blood found in the car the parents rented after she "disappeared". I hope this is not another Susan Smith type case- the infamous SC mom who killed her little boys and then reported they were carjacked.

I will never forget that and can still see myself in the vehicle driving down the interstate when they made an announcement of what actually happened.

Maddy's family has acted so odd during this. I know its wrong but when I heard they left those little kids alone and what had happened and then saw them "smiling because they needed to for the children they still had" I felt something was up.

If I have falsely accused the parents ~ thinking they are involved with her death and I am incorrect about that (I feel at least the Mother did something horrible) Should it be found a stranger entered and hurt her ~ I still hold the parents to blame 100% Nobody leaves children alone in a strange country with no one to watch over them to get a bite to eat.

I feel very strongly the children who weren't harmed should have been removed for their protection immediately.
