Pretty much anything goes in here
I would guess it's pretty obvious by the title of the board I am into kids, into being a Mom...
Besides the kids, I work a very full time job that I love, I am a gamer to the hilt- I love playing cards. My latest addiction is online poker and we play at home alot as well. I am into music anything from Elton John to Pearl Jam. I am addicted to the TV Show Lost and am a very frequest flyer at the Talk Lost site here on runboard. If you like the show Lost, you need to check out that forum. I am also a court tv junkie. We watch alot of movies. We have a boat and camp on Lake Erie, love to fish for walleye. I am an animal lover too with the exception of rodents and snakes- eek!!! I love a good Bloody Mary and often enjoy one in the evening on my porch where I love to watch people. I am a people person.
So jump right in I'll talk about anything :)

Yay Talk Lost!! I also love that show and came here from there. I am with you on hating the rodents- mice scare my to death- yuck!! Snakes are around here and not a favorite. With a son, I'm sure one will show up sooner of later here though (sigh!). As for me, I am a HUGE sports fan and very knowledgeable on most sports, if I say so myself. I LOVE college football most and watching my alma mater, Michigan, is just about the best thing in the world to me. I was in Michigan's Marching band undergrad (played alto sax) and loved every minute. I went to 3 Rose Bowls and developed life-long friendships from that wonderful organization. Its probably also the thing that cultivated my love of sports and football. I love watching tv (total junkie) and like to keep up on cultural trends/references. I also am an animal lover (we have 2 miniature schnauzers and I love horses). Lastly, I am a registered nurse and am currently working on my master's in nursing education, but my specialty is orthopaedics, especially sports medicine. I also love to travel and learn about the world, and am an avid reader (anything from historical fiction and non-ficiton to Harry Potter)
So, like 1lost1, I'm game for lots of conversations and love learning about new things!! :) :p ;) :p :)

Summertime suggestions...
With folks spending more time in the great outdoors (which is a good thing) any idea for stuff you would like to see here would really be appreciated...Don't hold back. We have the 4th of July Board hop to look forward to that will be fun. But looking for any ideas on improving our little corner of runboard. Always am so if you have an idea post it please. :trihrt

I have never tried a frappucino. I get myself into a rut and find something I like and don't change from it. Wish I could change that about myself some. I have recently tried flavored half and half and do every now and then get a hankering for it. Am also real close to trying different coffee's as Granny at Sunny's Cafe recently bought a coffee machine and they have all sort of different blends ~ She mixes and matches and her and her hubby really enjoy it. So I am getting braver.
