I know we're going to get through this. I guess an extension allows us to properly prepare. And we will be prepared for the November date. I feel confident we could have "wung" (lol I wouldn't have used the word "wung" in the meeting) but I think we could have "wung it" today and been ok. I do know now we will be better prepared and hopefully the end result of the November meeting is resolve amongst us. If it doesn't appear to be going that route than we'll keep at it until it gets as it needs to be.
Thanks so much for everything ~ we really do appreciate it. I wouldn't be getting through this as I am without your help. I cannot imagine how frustrating the fight has been for you guys, involved for years. I know in just this short amount of time with Justin it is at times exhausting. But I love that kid ~ he really is so cool and we're going to get through this.
Justin I noticed ASD isn't on that list jinz - would that come under 'psychological disability' then? would be more helpful if they listed ASD really. I was surprised to see diabetes there but I guess that can be extreme especially type 1.

Re: Justin I don't have anything specific to ASD but if I did it would be under the Autism Spectrum Disorders. It does have information regarding the ADA in that forum. Additional information regarding ADA can also be found under Education.
Anyone can access this information. You don't have to be signed in. Also anyone who has resources that they might want to share can post them there.
I included diabetes because it can be a gateway to more profound disabilities like coma, amputation and blindness. The costs of supplies can be prohibitive especially to the elderly.
