That's actually from a pretty famous skit here on a TV Show called Saturday Night Live... It's an improv show that has been on since I was tiny tiny. Back in the day they had hysterical skits on ~ random stuff and when a person got to there teen years and watched it under the influence they could pee their pants~ it was hysterical.
Not sure if you are familiar with the movie Dirty Dancing... Patrick Swayze was in it and they did a skit on Saturday Night Live when Patrick hosted having him be a Stipper and he shared the stage with Big Guy you see, Chris Farley who was I think one of the funniest men that ever lived~ his time was short because he got pretty heavily into drugs and he overdosed (John Belushi did they same and he started on Saturday Night Night Live.

(not sure if you have heard of them or not, but they are pretty popular folks in the States).
