In the underground parking where I live . This mentalist has put a huge lift kit in & pimped out a Chevy Caprice of all vehicles !!!!!!!

I'm parked next to a lunatic now

Have meant to say now for a couple days... his relative must live somewhere near me. He bought one from the police, you can tell by the paint job... and he souped his up as well.
