Just wanted to wish y'all the very best Christmas ever and all you could hope for in 2008!! Off now to finish all the chopping and preparing.....hubby arrived home with the 'beast' - all 18lbs of her....only 4 of us eat turkey so it'll be interesting!! A free range bird tho so hopefully she'll be v.tasty. Have a great one everyone!!
