… Well folks tonight it was strained and tasted and bottled again to carry on maturing without the fruits in there......my god it's delicious! There's no 'vodka' taste it's a smooth dark red, crystal clear liquor with a real fruit burst (almost perfumed but in a nice way) when you first taste it and then a slight dryness at the back of the mouth. DELISH!! I had 3 wee shot glasses full...am happy!! I don't think it'll last long after all and there's no way i'm mixing it with anything! YUM!!! Should get even nicer as time goes by....if it lasts LOL!

… Good idea - will do! I have to set it up so you can get the light through it to see the colour. We did mix it with some chilled white wine last night and it was also v.delicious! Will try to sort some pics over the xmas hols. Hubby's family arrive this eve for feeding etc but we're lucky they are practically tee totallers!! LOL!!
