 Ham & Cheese Calzones Recipe
Ham & Cheese Calzones
2 tubes of refrigerate pizza crusts
1 c. ricotta cheese
4-6 oz. sliced pepperoni
2 c. cooked ham, diced
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Dried Basil
Meatless Spaghetti Sauce, warmed
Unroll 1 pizza crust, stretching gently to make a 14x11" rectangle. Spread half of the ricotta cheese on half of the dough to within 1" of edges. Sprinkle half of the pepperoni, ham and Mozzarella Cheese. Fold unfilled side of dough over filled half and press edges together. Repeat for remaining crusts. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
