Very cool in my travels I have ran into several boards for authors ~ more than I would have thought. I would think for certain you could end up meeting people who do share that interest as different hops continue. Some folks do just hop and run. But I think it's worth it even if you find one person out of several that stop in and hang around.
With Federal Depositions these past couple weeks, sick kids, a boss in England for 3 weeks~ our other boss on the road, Granddad in the hospital, my x getting all kinds of crazy~ my life has been more chaotic than usual. My hopping, just to hop has been limited because there just haven't been enough hours in my day. I have been trying to visit a few boards but just haven't been getting out and about as I like to. Things are coming full circle though and settling a bit so I expect to be back to "my normal" (which probably is nobody else's type of normal
 ` right directly. I know it can't happen soon enough.
Haven't had much time to think let alone, hop, visit or read but hoping to resume. I came to work in my pj's this morning so that should let you know things are crazy.
I do try to announce when hops are in progress and starting. The next one that starts I will make sure you notice so you get on the list.

I would like to add, I wasn't certain either at first about the hops, but I must say I have found some great boards, and I do frequent them as not a hopper but as a member like mayhem for example...
but I have hopped to boards that are not my cup a tea I still post in the hop thread to be nice...
I love the idea and think it is brillant :v

Folks will be hopping through at Friendly Inspirations like crazy I would think in light of you being part of the Board of the Week Discovery Challenge
