Crack Down because Crack is Out
Well... some cities have had it with the pants down to the ankles... I know it drives me nuts to see kids walking down the street with the waists of their jeans slightly above the knee and full blown backside out for all to see. It bothers me tremendously.
Do you think those in charge of upholding the law should worry about upholding the pants or should they fight real crime???

I thought indecent exposure WAS a real crime. Start busting them and they will pull them up.
Now how about the young girls who wear very low cut tops with no bra? I see them getting off the school busses and can't believe the school lets them wear that kind of thing.

I mention the district only because I know you will recognize the name Val ~ these kids in Butler wow ~ the girls especially honest to goodness sometimes my mouth actually drops open. They reveal too much. I am by no means a fuddy duddy, personally for myself I am a jeans/ shorts and tshirts gal always have been, but I can pretty much roll with anything. To each their own & the whole 9 yards. But a drive past the Junior High school either before or after school just blows my mind every time. And there have been girls actually walk past my home in the summer and you can see everything they own ~ nothing left to the imagination. I just don't think a person should let their bottom out like that regardless their age ~ not walking down the street at least.
