Hi and welcome! I'm glad you found your way to the board.
You mentioned something to me about "Metallimoms." I've heard that term before, and I've seen a MOT video where Lars asked a lady "Is this for Metallimoms?". Is "Metallimoms" an organization? I've done internet searches on that and have found nothing. Maybe you could fill me in. I'm so currious!!!

Sure! Metallimoms Worldwide is a local chapter of Metclub. Basically, you just need to be a mom or stepmom (we have some grammas, too), and be in Metclub. We're a really close knit chapter, though we mostly keep in touch through email, since we are spread all through the US, and a few abroad.
That may have the the MOT I'm on! I'm in the 4/29 one. I'm the one with short hair that Lars can't remember if he signed my cd insert or not. I watch that one a lot, just to hear him say my name in his cute accent.

Oh that sounds so cool!!! Thanks for that information. And yes, it was that MOT vid! One of our members was on a MOT vid (Calgary, May 6th) and Lars read some posts off of a thread we made for her to give Metallica!!! That's awesome that there's something like that.

That's cool about your member, too! I saw the pic of James somewhere on the site, holding the posts. It's awesome that there are places like here for women who love Metallica. It's nice to hang out with other "chicks" like me.
