I'M BACK!!!!! The morning after review of the Buffalo show!!
Well, well, well - my voice is a little hoarse, my neck is killing me and I keep having these little flashes of James' sweet, sweet ass go through my mind. Man, what a night!
I was sooooo nervous for some reason going to the concert. I have no idea why! I think it was the anticipation and knowing we had floor tickets and just wanting to be as close as possible. I also really, really wanted to come away with a sweaty wristband and a guitar pick. So I had all this stuff on my mind.
Well, my husband and I get to HSBC arena with plenty of time to have a couple of beers - which I didn't feel at all! I was actually driving him crazy because I couldn't stop moving and fidgeting - it was really funny.
We finally decide to head into the show - Godsmack was still playing. We got to where you enter the floor and get our pink wristband - which I'm still wearing and will never take off!!!
It's sooo exciting when you walk down the tunnel and then into the darkness of a concert - it's the best feeling.
We walk around and find a place by the stage. We were in the rows on the side where there were only two rows of people. We were in the second row and I was very happy. We were sooooo close!!
Sully from Godsmack was pretty funny - teasing people to get them out of their seats and getting everybody totally pumped for Metallica.
We wait about a 1/2 hour and finally hear "It's a long way to the top" and we know it's about time. Then the lights dim, "Ectasy of Gold" and "Blackened" and then it went soooo fast!!!!
They all looked great and looked like they were having a great time. We were so close you could look right into their eyes - and James' eyes - OMG!!!!
This was definitely the best Metallica concert I've been to since 1991. They were just so there and in the moment and sooooo on - it was very special.
James looked great, slim, trim, that ass is amazing. He had on little, black Levi jeans with a purple bandana hanging out of the back pocket. He changed his shirt like 3 times and I'm a big fan of the black muscle shirt - oh my.
It looks like he's getting a new tattoo on his left elbow - that west coast chopper cross thing. I just noticed he had more tats than before. Tried to see if his wedding band is different but couldn't really tell.
We came away with 3 picks - thanks to my hubby - but no wristband. It looked like he gave them away on the other side of the stage.
They were just so cool and really took their time at the end of the show to go around and thank people and give stuff away. Just very cool.
If I think of anything else I will post it!
Can't wait until they tour again!

OMG - I almost forgot! James did the move that now drives me crazy!!
He did that thing where he goes down (heeheehee) on his knees but even further and leans back. He is so amazingly limber! It was just one of the many hot things he did. Just the way he stands there with the guitar is totally hot.
OK, just had to add that.

Awesome review!! Sounds like it was great show..and I saw the setlist, nice one!!! Yes, I love when James does the intro to Frantic, he goes to the one corner of the stage, gets on his knees and leans back...it;s so HOT looking!!! That's cool you got some guitar picks!!! I am going to DC show on Sunday and the Philly ones...I promise to give some reviews when I get back...
Glad you had a great time, and yes he has gotten some new tats, don;t you just love them??

 Those have been my sentiments EXACTLY in the other threads that I have posted in. Jaymz has the hottest, tight body that I have ever seen and that ass... oh, my that ass has been in and out of my mind ever since the Pittsburgh show. He had on TIGHT faded black Levis and a black muscle shirt the night I saw him tooo.... he has such a commanding appearance, I'm almost glad I didn't win the meet/greet because I would have fallen to the floor when he approached me. I'm gonna have to post my concert experience... because, let me tell ya, A LOT happened to me.. I still don't believe it. Well, on to the preparations for the Philly show on the 20th... oooh, another chance to drool at that beautiful body
