Am I Being Too Annoying Or Obnoxious?
I am verbose. I don't know this whole internet thing, there is like an underlying popularity contest, I was just going to say fukk it, and leave, which is fine, but I like Metallichicks, maybe I'm just paranoid, but I don't want to be in a popularity contest, I'm too wierd, I'll never win, I don't even want to try.
Many Metallichicks are SO nice, and this really is a supportive site. Does anyone else feel this at all? Nobody has karma-ed me in a while, sometimes I feel a little shunned, but maybe that is because I hear that is what people do on the internet, if they don't care for you, they ignor you until you go away. I would be sad to leave. But I wish we could truly like each other the way we are, for our similarities, and differences.
I know all the people will not like me all the time. But dammit I come with good will and a heavy metal heart, to have fun and feel connected to other metal babes who love Metallica!

Dear, you are perfectly fine. Your posts are always welcome here. It's always nice to gain a poster who's quick to share interesting ideas and finds. No one can be liked by everyone all the time, very true, but you have no reason to think people don't like you or what you post. I can't speak for everyone, but your presence here is very refreshing, and I would be sad to see you leave.

Thank you Raquel  Funny, but just this morning I received an email from one of the Zakk Wylde sites that is REALLY scary to post on, and he said he is now making every effort he can to make the site more comfortable for people, I took it as a sign. Thanks again, I appreciate your kind words.

Well, here's a karma for ya'. Dunno about everybody else, but sometimes I'm just too freaking lazy to push the button when I'm lurking. 
I don't think there's a popularity contest. I think it's just that as the number of posters grow, people seem to tend to focus on responding to a few people that they kind of "know." If you took time to respond to everybody, you might be on all day.
By the way, I like your posts. You come up with alot of good topics that haven't been discussed over and over. 
See? Two people like ya'.

Don't worry hon, there are a group of people that have been here a long time, and as Kelly said, we tend to respond to each other.
But the longer you're here, the more friends you make We really are a friendly bunch, and I for one don't have a problem with you at all.
