A question

I see various users with an animated avatar that says: "dumbass banned user"

Is this just a joke by the user having this avy or is the person really banned with that avatar?

im using it for a joke, but there are some ppl that are really banned (i think)

cause these ppl dont post anymore and stuff

That had me confused for a minute emoticon


The "banned" would be where the stars and user title would be. So instead of saying "Overkill *****" It would say "banned."
