Oh, nooo, not dave   I can't stand the guy! When I saw him in skom, I just wanted to cry. But not because I felt sorry for him or anything but because IMO it's so funny and pathetic that he still whines about a thing that happened almost 25 years ago and was mainly his own fault...When I saw that there were almost tears in his eyes...  I'd understand if he had been in the band for longer but... He going on about how he doesn't like to be second and wished it was again the day he was told to go to AA... I just thought that "C'mon Dave, you're making such an ass of yourself... stop before you even start!" and when he thought back on the hash smoking with Lars, the memory he has cherished.. I just felt like strangling him or whatever  And all the **** he has said about tallica... I can't help it, but everytime I see him in somewhere I just want to bang my head (and his) against the wall... I could continue this forever  And I also think that his singing voice is terrible which is a pity 'cause Megadeth could be okay with a different vocalist, Dave should just play guitar. And I have to admit that he's a damn great guitarist. His eyes are pretty nice though, I'll give you that This was only my humble opinion, so don't start hating me now please *prepares for the ****storm anyway*

Well, I don't know if it's good to have a Dave thread here...but do you register at Megadeth board? There're bunch of his pix there.
I belong to Megadeth Fanclub and went to see their live at the front row last April. His guitar playing was tight and his singing was getting better, actually, I was nicely surpirsed he could sing A Tout Le Monde as high as on Youthanasia. I will never forget I could see him playing Holy Wars, Wake Up Dead, Symphony Of Destruction, Scorpion, Kick The Chair, Hanger 18 and Sweatting Bullets.I was mesmerised by his playing, voice and beautiful mass of hair and those pouting lips while playing. He's gorgeous but too awesome for me to meet his eyes whenever he came to our side.
I was a meet&greet winner so I could speak to him, take picture with him and have his autogragh on my Killing Is My Business and The System Has Failed Cds. I still can't believe he hugged me so tightly that I was in his chest and his stubble rub against my cheek. (even though it was a brief moment, it felt the time had stopped.)  He's gentleman to all female fans I think. I like his musicianship and agrresive attitude that somehow reminds me of Jason and to be honest, one of the things that turned me into his fan was when I knew he spoke nicely of him and so did Jason of Dave. I got the impression he's a very down-to-earth, kind guy. It's a stupid reason but I can feel with him 'couse we share the same star sign. (He was born 13th Sep. and I was born 10th Sep.  )
