Somethin' for the avid learners...
Power Tabs
This site has a program called the Power Tab Editor. It's a small download, under 2mb, and it's the most useful thing for guitarists since the invention of the string winder. You download tabs that play back in real time, as a midi. It helps with timing of songs and whatnot. I always had a hard time learning from regular tabs because I didn't know if I was playing it exactly right, and of course, my timing was off. Now I nail anything I try to learn within a day or so. Definately worth looking into if you like to learn new stuff.
