Re: 007 ?
Tony,
the album is super rare. I think 007 are one side, the variations are the other.
And if you have a spare copy I bags it.
Most people will be more familiar with Mick, Gary and Russell's band after 007, The Scene

Re: 007 ?
er...I'm far more familiar with 007 actually, as the scene arrived after I'd gone off to do something else...another story.
Saw 007 several times in East London and again at the ally pally gig. I think you played down the Greyhound a few times Tony didn't you?
And, I was also at Hastings when you guys tried to set up a gig in a car park, and then it all went off massively with the old bill. 1981, I think...
The memory fades as you get older and it's nearly 25 years ago eh!
All I'll say is you guys were one of the better bands about at the time and played hard for your mates/fans.
Hope the kiwi's don't give you too hard a time mate..
Cheers
Blocky

Re: 007 ?
Saw Jam at Ally Pally 79, all these guys in parkas and that was it, I was a mod, met others like me locally, bought TV200 and the Dalston mods were born.
Got to know the Bethnal Green boys at a party, got into 007 and became a roadie, (along with the infamous Cookie)had a great time with the boys on tours, wrecked Russells bike at Isle of White (sorry Russ)
Last saw everyone at Jam gig, I then went off to work in the States.
Started off in front of the stage with the Jam and ended up back stage with them, couldnt ask for more.
P.S. went down the "Mildmay" the other day to buy some grocerys, very sad.
