Fast Eddie - update
So I asked (Mod Band forum) if anyone recalled Fast Eddie or knew anything about them. Che kindly pointed me to a compilation CD that had some of Fast Eddies music on.
I was very excited about that and went to Amazon and ordered the CD (The Countdown Compilation).
Now I have to say if you’ve never heard Fast Eddie live then this CD wont help, it was TERRIBLE, they sounded completely different. Its not often a band sounds better live than after a studio session but this is one of those times.
Fast Eddie live were amazing but sadly they were very bland on the CD. Having said that there are a few other tracks on the CD that made it worth the purchase price.

Glad someone else remembers them! Saw them loads of times at the Regency, always a great live act. Not heard or seen the CD - was that something to do with Piller?
