Shipment problems with NISA Totally DS Touch & Play Set?
Hello, I am concerned with the shipment status of my order. I pre-ordered this item on 9/3, and it was released 9/23. I would track my order, but prior to this incident I did not create an account on Rosenqueen so it will not allow me to track the status of it. I sent an email regarding this to onlinestoremanager@nisamerica.com last week, but have not received a reply.
Maybe I'm simply over-concerned with this, but I have had shipping problems in the past and am a little worried over it. If anyone could offer advice or a number to call, or even say that they ordered this product too and have not received it yet, it would calm my nerves a little.
