I couldn't really say anything more than to get a bunch of party members to have braveheart, fill up Prier's equipment slots with attack boosting equipment (maybe power em up with a few miracles), have everyone else use braveheart on her and let her loose.
It did the trick my first time. His attacks weren't exactly THAT deadly, so no prob in surviving them, and I found getting all those other chests before ending the battle to be far more of a challenge.
