Ripping off Angel Shoes I know this is probably common knowledge but I thought I'd share my fun anyways. I am currently playing La Pucelle and I just finished Chapter 5. I keep feeling like all my characters were weak, so I used the following to somewhat rip off/cheat with the Angel Shoes I got from Chapter Four. Just equip the Angel Shoes and three pairs of Sneakers or Falcon Shoes on the character in your party with the highest MV stat. Then go to a stage with a dark index of 300; enter the Dark World and just walk thru without fighting anything. Even though my people are only at Level 18 I was rewarded with items that increased my DEF by like 308 and 324. I am a lot stronger now and I didn't even have to level up.
Of course if an enemy is standing on the dark gate to the next level, you can kiss your sweet party goodbye.

Angel Shoes can be acquired as an end-of-chatpter-four bonus item if you defeat the big blue "Monster" the FIRST time you encounter it.

Re: Ripping off Angel Shoes Although this task seems quite difficult it really just requires a little patience and time on the player's part. I simply went to the Dark World for awhile and did battle after battle. Making use of the miracle attacks or whatever they're called helps a lot too. If somehow by chapter 4 you have a lot of money (not likely) you can buy either 4 pairs of sneakers instead and do the trick or better yet buy out the entire shop. This way you might and I stress might get some good Dark world item at random available to buy at the shop.
Re: Ripping off Angel Shoes Money is pretty easy to come by. Just keep doing Hall of the Dead over and over again by doing a miracle (or mass miracle if you can manage it).

Re: Ripping off Angel Shoes when the enemy is standing on a dark portal you can usually lure them off with a weak charecter - the AI in this game ALWAYS goes after the charecters with the lowest HP (thats current HP not Max HP)
With a little practice you can move them out of the way and leave a clear path for your kamikaze runner
