i think you have to see the cut-scene with delsus at headquarters, cause on top of that hole, a portal will appear that will take you to a new place.
Maybe you have to collect a certain amount of items on lector's, be at a certain level, or do some certain event. I don't really know. all i know is that i returned to HQ then before i even got a chance to walk around, Delsus started telling me about it.

oh, yeah i forgot to mention that this place is where you will find those three golden pigs and you get to talk to your manas. they seem to be hanging around this place talking about that this is where it all began.

best thing to do is to use the weakening simbol thing and then throw micro bombs at it 5 bombs should be enough
