Item Collecting Question
I already finish with the game, but havent really collected or complete the bonus yet. Can you still finish the game and go back to collect all the items, or it is not possible.

yea you can go back and collect things after beating the boss. you load your game from the last save point you used (After the credits you save again). althought it does not look like you beat the boss, you have, but you can do it again.

Could u actually miss out on certain items. I havent finish lector's list, and some of the bonus were open. I'm trying to move on with the sidequst for the stores but somehow they are not putting any new recipies.

As far as I know, you can only miss one item. It's in the treasure chest in Kavoc on the left side of the first map in the tower. Once a certain event happens in Kavoc near the end of the game, you won't be able to get it anymore.
However, there is one exception to this. If you haven't done the "Growloons in Nelvia" sidequest before this happens, then you can do this quest by going to Fort Galga. When you get taken back to Kavoc, it will be in its original state before the event happened.

I just collecting all of the item. But, you can just miss one chest in Temple of Creation before you faced the last boss battle (Palaxius). First, you should go deep to the Temple. I just found that chest without any plans.  So, I just found it because I lucky (finding this chest is depending on luck, too
