Their is one enemy in the game that you can extract Time element from. It's called an Elda (it looks like a Bugbear or Cheron, but it's invisible) and is somewhat common in the later parts of Mull's Dungeon. I've also run into it in Mull's Castle, but that is rare. You'll get Time x7 for each Elda.
