OMG, I just did the impossible, probally thanks to Prinnies being stupid!
One of my Gladiators finally hit lv 150(well, 160 by the time I exited the free dungeon), so I figured I would go in, and get sloughtered by Laharl.
No, I didn't go in with a buch of char with a measly 2kish HP, and attack, after all I have been farming lv 100(well lv 90-99, I can't beat the lv 100 bosses), witch I probally had no right being, but with things like Planet lifters around, how can I pass that up.
My party levels were composed of the one lv 160, while everyone else stood around lv 100(but only the toss slave, and a pilot were under 100.
My lv 160 had over 13,000 HP(two Planet lifters on one char, with one of them having a star), however the attack on my melee char weren't that amazing(the lv 160 had over 4k, while everyone else had under 4k.
The one saving grace my party had, where two insanely powerfull magic users(both tier 5, with the female knowing all the Fire,Wind, and Ice spells, while the other one knew all the Fire, and Ice spells. If I recall, their current umm bodies, were composed of one of them being Exodos, while the other one was cofined to a Eden if I remember correctly, so their entire stat growth is in the + ).
Ok, you should have an idea of my party now, on to how it played.
I put the Fortress out(lol, yea I didn't even have a Castle), then have my crappy un equiped Thief throw it infront of Laharl(not close enogh to damage him, but so I can easily set up). My melee char are first in the chain(from weakest to strongest, with the fist two, not doing any damage, the third doing crptastic damage, the fourth doing 1k, while my lv 160 did 2k). He has a lot of hp left, but my magic users to the rescue. After they finnished the chain, Laharl had only 8k+ hp left, but now I scatter, and wait to get owned(with only my lv 160 expected to survive).
Well 5 char survived the onslought(2 of with were completly useless for damage purposes, my lv 160, along with another melee char, and omg, what are the odds of my most powerful magic user being alive).
So you maybe asking how in the Netherworld did a witch with less then 1,000 hp survive, with Laharl and Etna blowing up the map(lol, with Laharl killing Flonne in the process, you would've thought after 4+ games, she would've learned by now, not to get in Laharls way).
Not only did she last one turn, but sadly I wasn'y able to finnish the match on round 2(bebecuase it only took two char chain in the end to finnish him, I was short, and Etna is still around owning tnings). Now how this all came about is, a Prinny through my magic user ontop of another Prinny(just when you though they couldn't get more clueless, it gets even better), the a Prinny picks up my Fortress, and throws it on top of my magic user, which is on top of a Prinny lol. I personally don't think at that point the computer knew my magic user was still around (since the computer generally goes after healers, and mages first).
Not only did I magage to suvive 1 turn of Larharl/Flonne, and 2 turns of Etna beat down(well after not getting hit the first round, I figured might as well stay put, if they want to ignore my magic user, so be it, they will be sorry), but my super crappy thief even survived(only one Prinny even attacked him).
So yea, at the end, my lv 160 had under 100 hp left(took two hits from Etna, and one hit from Laharl with no healing, yet lived to tell the tale, while that one gifted magic user was comletely ignored, allowing me to pull off a truly impossible feat).
