Bug with summoning?
I have searched the Strat guide, and through a couple of FAQs, and can't seem to find the answer to this.
When I am in my kingdom, and go to summon characters, it won't let me summon my witch or my rogue. They aren't in a building or anything, and they aren't on the board, but on the summoning list, they are greyed out.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Just throwing out possibilities here:
Is your Mage or Thief dead?
Have you reached the maximum summon population (I think they have that still)?

No, they are both alive and well, and can both be summoned in battle.
I dismissed everything on the field in my netherworld, but I still can't summon them, they always show up as greyed out for some reason.
It is actually starting to upset me, because I want to re-incarnate them, but since I can't summon them, I can't use a wish on them...

It's definitely a bug. Did you do anything prior to discharging them in the Overlord's Castle?

I never technically discharged them in the overlords castle. They died in the battlefield around chapter 2, I am in chapter 6 atm.
I didn't really notice it until now, because I hadn't wanted to re-incarnate them until now.
But when they died, they have to be summoned again, I am trying to figure out a way to "trick" the system into letting me summon them again...
Any ideas?

If they are greyd maybe they are already in the field. Try shaking the facilities you have there or just invite then in a battle and kill them :P

They aren't in the field, as I have summoned and thrown all my facilities.
I was planning on trying to get them killed tonight while in a battle, then ressurecting them, and seeing if I could summon them. We will see what happenes... it would be frustrating to have to level both characters all over again...

Well, I tried getting them killed, then reviving them, and trying to summon them. Still no luck, it's very aggrivating, but it looks like I will have to rebuild both characters...

Have you tried asking on the GameFAQs board yet? Someone over there may have come across something like this before and may have a solution.
