Does this work for any one else?
I accidentally summoned a facility into one of the grid panels and that part of the level appeared its weird it had six turns to go till it appeared and i just played around and summoned a facility onto it and the facility didnt go OB instead it stayed there this might be a helpful hint i guess

Yeah, it works for inviting characters, too. I haven't tried it, but I assume that it works for vehicles as well.
