things to do in the land of carnage
Is there anything worth getting other than the best weapons via item world?
Leveling up is much quicker there, i know that fo'sheezy!
The prinnies are funny when they talk like they can really kill or something, calling you a baby and stuff, lol.
Is there maybe another ending if you beat the game after having unlocking it, or anything at all?

sorry no special ending but you can get the adell's last title there and the legendary holy longinus if you did the wandering blacksmith side quest.
