Im seeing pleas for disgaea3 to be on 360! NOOO!!!!
How stupid would this be...
I mean seriously.. these people are wasting their time on this.. if they put it on 360 id be so mad and completely boycott this game..
(because i dont have a 360)..but also becuz this is a PS game! back off jerks!

eh,well, theres just so many games that are on both systems.. i hardly see the point in gettin a ps3 if you can play the same games on the 360 and the 360 is cheaper.. im just waitin on final fantasy to come out on the 360.. itd be a sad day..

I wouldn't worry much because niche games would not sell that good with the 360, and it's too late at this time to port it. What you need to worry about is whether NISA will publish Disgaea 3 in the US or not.

I look at it like this... As long as the 360 continues to sell horribly in Japan, I doubt Disgaea will ever grace the system.

I don't care about Disgaea 3 on 360, I personally won't purchase that version but what could that hurt.. If D3 was Not released on PS3 in the US, now that would be a serious cause for concern/slap in the face.

I would personally buy it if it was on the 360 because I am considering jumping ship on playstation since all my favorite game series have been shot to hell in the last 1 to 2 incarnations. Final fantasy, that sorry excuse of a new title in the secret of mana line, and the valkyrie profile 2 are 3 examples. I can't spend 400 bucks on a system to only play NIS games, so I would rather go with a system that isn't trying to run me off by taking all the series I hold dear and massacre em. I mean really, wth is up with that insane optimism in wild arms 5, that made me grimace everytime the main character talked.
That is why I would buy it on 360, because that is likely to be my next system with teh way things are going. What really made up my mind was the new dragonquest being on a handheld =x

It's not the system that massacres your favorite games, it's the developers.
There will be no better games for the 360, at least in terms of japanese styled RPG's, because the 360 sucks in japan.
I wouldn't buy a 360 version of Disgaea, simply because i'll never buy a 360.
And as a matter of fact, i won't buy Disgaea for the DS, even though i do own a DS.
PSP is just the better handheld, and Disgaea 1 looks gorgous on it.

Its up to sony to decide to let a developer release on their console, and sadly the developers are now moving from innovation to milking old franchises as much as they can. They should of made valkyrie profile 2 just like 1. Wild arms 5 made me feel I was watching a self help seminar on optimism against all odds. Final fantasy, I will admit part 12 was unique, and one of my favorite optional bosses in any game is in that game, but I dont like the art direction, or the change to the fight system. And the piece of crap game that was being touted as part of the secret of mana series....that was the biggest let down of all, and I was really looking forward to that game. I played it for 5 hours and couldn't stomach it anymore, doubt I will ever play it again.
Other than NIS and Atlus games the only other series on the playstation that was one of my near and dear was dragonquest, loved part 8, but it is changing systems.
Xbox has a large number of unique rpg's. Playstation mainly only has the same old companies making their massacred games. I wouldnt mind trying blue dragon, that one music based rpg, and any of the large number of rpg's the 360 has coming out for it. I think Microsoft learned their lesson with the original xbox, that they need to release rpg's as it is a big market now, and I think its just a matter of time before NIS and Atlus have a bunch of games slated for xbox and playstation release, or xbox only.
Basically I think Sony is screwing up majorly. First you have the insane ps3 pricetag. Then you have them ruining its backwards compatibility. That took my optimism for the system and crushed it as I own, total, around 90 ps1 and ps2 games. And lastly, is the point that they abused the price tag on the playstation for the sole reason of giving us a new format dvd player that may or may not win the war against microsoft's new dvd format. Sony basically used and abused us with its price tag because the only reason it was so pricey was due to hte blueray player inside it. So Sony's manipulation is another reason.
That is why I wouldnt mind seeing disgaea 3 for the xbox 360, but I am at the 90 percent point of buying it. Will give it a few more months, see what else comes out, if its more lackluster titles with only NIS and Atlus games shining, then I may very well be an xbox 360 man for a few years, and snag a ps3 when it hits the 150 mark in 3 or 4 years, and just buy NIS and Atlus games on the system and play them a few years down the road.
PS. Wtf is up with putting the prequel to ff7 on the damn PSP.
