I have a hunch NISA will do AT3 since they floated a hint at AX 2009.
Edit: Siliconera has better scans. Grandia IV and Legend of Dragoon 2 supposedly coming to PS3 also.

I'm guessing Q2 2011 for the US. AT2 took over a year of translation, and I expect AT3 to have more text/voices than that one.
That said, I'm excited~ Especially since the PS3 is region free. I'll be importing the JP version for sure, it'll be my second game.

well, i guess i'll be looking for a ps3 on boxing day now. (boxing day is the canadian version of black friday in the US btw)

Do you really think Namco cares about Ar tonelico? Man, they don't even care about Tales! They have localized half the games. If it were for Namco, Ar tonelico would have never come to the US, I'm totally sure.
Besides, being this game on PS3, every bug can always be patched as soon as people notices it.
